While the island of Corsica in the Mediterranean Sea is well known for being the birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte, it is also the birthplace notable individuals. French singer Alizee Jacotey is a contemporary singer and performer who also hails from this beautiful island. She was born in 1984 and was discovered early in her life after having preformed at a talent show.
